César Macías

César Macías, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering services, research and development, and sustainability. They previously held roles such as Head of Headlamps Group and Quality Design & Development at HELLA, where they focused on customer requirements and quality processes. Prior to that, César served as Maintenance Coordinator at Ternium, managing global maintenance plans. Currently, César is the Head of Operations Services at FORVIA HELLA. They hold multiple advanced degrees, including a Ph.D. in Engineering and Material Science and an MBA with a focus on Economics and Finance.
