Florian Kampmann is currently the Head of Product Cost Management Re-DtC SOE at FORVIA HELLA, having previously served as a Specialist Product Cost Management at HELLA from 2022 to 2025. With extensive experience in project profitability calculation and leading price negotiations, Florian has developed and implemented profitability calculations for software and cloud applications. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Florian has also coordinated global activities in acquisition teams and consulted on commercial topics across various projects. Florian holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management.
