Jacob Williams has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jacob started their career at Staples where they worked as a Computer Technician and Salesman, achieving high sales and customer satisfaction. Jacob then moved on to Western Michigan University where they served as a Computer Salesman and later as an Engineering Graphics Teaching Assistant, developing their teaching and teamwork skills. After that, Jacob worked at II Stanley Co. Inc. as an Automotive Lighting Design Engineer before joining Magna Lighting as a Project Engineer, where they coordinated the development of automotive exterior lighting systems and ensured compliance with various parameters and regulations. Following this, Jacob joined Magna Lighting Ltd as an Advanced Product Engineer, responsible for innovation and advanced engineering. Jacob gained further experience at General Motors as a Studio Integration Design Engineer and is currently working at HELLA as the Chief Engineer.

Jacob Williams obtained an Associates of Applied Science degree in Web Design from Monroe County Community College, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Following their time at Monroe County Community College, they pursued a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering Design Technology at Western Michigan University. Jacob attended Western Michigan University from 2009 to 2012.
