Stefanie Rheker

Stefanie Rheker serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and a Member of the Management Board at FORVIA HELLA, beginning in March 2024. Prior to this position, Stefanie Rheker held various senior HR roles at Arvato from July 2006 to March 2024, including Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive Vice President Human Resources, Global Vice President Human Resources, Head of Human Resources, Human Resources Director, and Human Resources Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Specialist for Amdocs from September 2004 to June 2006 and an Employment Specialist at Doctors Laboratory, Inc. from January 2002 to January 2004. Stefanie Rheker earned a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Technische Universität Chemnitz.
