Steffen Pietzonka

Steffen Pietzonka is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the lighting industry. Since January 2009, Steffen has served as the Head of Global Marketing OE Lighting at HELLA, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for innovative lighting technologies, long-term product strategy development, driving digital marketing initiatives, and collaborating on projects with customers and industry partners. Prior to this role, Steffen worked at Hella KGaA Hueck & Co from 1998 to 2008, initially as Project Manager R&D and later as Head of R&D Innovation Management. Steffen began a career at Licht Concept GmbH from 1993 to 1998, serving as Senior Project Lead Engineer and Project Engineer. Steffen holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Ilmenau, earned between 1987 and 1992.
