Katerina Seich al Basatena

Katerina Seich al Basatena's work experience begins with their role at The Boston Consulting Group, where they served as an Associate Consultant from an unknown start date until July 2015. Katerina then joined Avis Greece as a Project Leader from September 2015 to July 2017. In 2018, Katerina joined Hellas Direct, starting as part of the Strategy & Project Management team from January 2018 to March 2019. Katerina then became the Head of Strategic Intelligence from March 2019 to February 2022. Currently, at Hellas Direct, Katerina holds the position of Head of Firmwide Strategy/OKR Coach, starting in January 2022.

Katerina Seich al Basatena has an extensive education history in the fields of Mathematics, Computational Immunology, Bioinformatics, and Applied Mathematics. Katerina completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Mathematical and Computational Immunology from Imperial College London, attending from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc degree in Bioinformatics from the same institution, studying from 2008 to 2009. Before their tenure at Imperial College London, Katerina pursued an MSc in Applied Mathematics at the University of Oxford, attending from 2007 to 2008. Katerina'sundergraduate education took place at the National Technical University of Athens, where they obtained a Ptychion degree in Applied Mathematics and Physical Sciences from 2001 to 2007. Additionally, Katerina completed their high school education at Doukas school from 1998 to 2001. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified OKR Practitioner certification from the OKR Institute in May 2022.
