He started his career in 1986 at Italimpianti in Italy. In 1987, he joined IBM Italy, where he worked until 1996 as Systems Engineer, Sales Representative, Chief of Staff of the Country General Manager and Sales Branch Manager in Insurance Companies. From 1997 to 2003, he joined IBM EMEA, based in Paris, Vienna and Milan, as Managing Director of Software and then Vice President of Software / Integrated Technology Services.

In 2003, he became Country Manager of Microsoft Italy before moving to Turkey in 2007, to join Microsoft MEA as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Services. In 2010-11, he served for almost a year as Chief Executive Officer of Postecom, an IT services company for the Italian Post Office.

At the end of 2011, he joined CA Technologies as President and General Manager of the EMEA Region, based in Switzerland. After the acquisition of the company by Broadcom, he left the latter and since April 2019 he has been advising a large Private Equity firm on due diligence issues. Since January 2021 he is the Executive Director / Chief Executive Officer of Tinexta Cyber ​​SpA, parent company of an Italian group of companies active in the field of Cybersecurity.

Elected Member of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank on August 28, 2019 and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank on June 16, 2020. He is Chairman of the Transformation Committee and Member of the Appointments / Internal Governance Committee of the Bank's Board of Directors.
