Thodoris Mellos

Thodoris Mellos has extensive experience in channel management and customer relationship management, currently serving as Channel Management Domain Leader and CRM Campaign Manager Chapter Leader at OTE Group of Companies since January 2006. Responsibilities include optimizing sales and distribution channels, leading CRM strategy development to enhance customer satisfaction, and managing a team of 17 CRM specialists. Thodoris has held various roles with increasing responsibility in customer value management and retention strategies across fixed and mobile segments. Earlier experience includes a position as an After Sales Marketing Trainee at TOYOTA HELLAS S.A. Thodoris holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing Leadership from Henley Business School and has pursued further studies at The Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Piraeus.
