Simon Etin

Senior Project Manager at Heller Industries

Simon Etin has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Simon began their career in 1995 as a Project/Product Manager at Heller Industries. In 2000, they moved to Veeco Instruments where they served as an Engineering Manager for MOCVD Equipment. During their time there, they were responsible for staff development, training, performance reviews, and design of MOCVD manufacturing systems for semiconductors industries. In 2005, they joined Wave Biotech as a Manufacturing Manager, where they managed an electro-mechanical assembly shop of up to 35 assemblers and technicians manufacturing biopharmaceutical equipment and instruments. Simon also performed maintenance of manufacturing schedules, operational planning, and safety inventory level. In 2007, they returned to Heller Industries as a Senior Project Manager.

Simon Etin attended the Stevens Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a MS/EMTM in Technology Management. Simon also attended the State Polytechnic University from 1974 to 1979, where they earned a BE/MS in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design/Manufacturing.
