Brittany Knight is a Senior Associate in Executive Search at Heller Search Associates, a premier women-owned executive search firm specializing in technology leadership. Prior to their current role, Brittany worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as an Associate and HR Business Partner, where Brittany consulted with client groups on People-related topics. Brittany also has experience as an Employee Relations Partner at a confidential level. Brittany was an HR Generalist at IPG Photonics and The TJX Companies, Inc. where Brittany provided on-site HR support for a large number of employees. Brittany started their career at Leominster Credit Union as a Senior Member Service Representative and Teller and as a Float Teller at Rockland Trust.
