Debra Jerome has over 30 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Debra has held various leadership roles in well-known organizations such as Heller Search Associates, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, Debra worked at Univar Solutions as a Senior Organizational Change Manager, leading change management efforts for global implementations. Debra also has experience as a Human Resources Business Consultant, supporting organizations in driving business results through strategic people initiatives. Debra has held leadership positions at Witt/Kieffer, Much Shelist, Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, Levenfeld Pearlstein, Rader, Fishman & Grauer PLLC, and Clark Hill PLC, where they were responsible for various aspects of HR and talent management.
Debra Jerome has a B.A. in Business Communications from Michigan State University. In 2014, they completed the Advanced Program for Executive Search Consulting at Cornell University. Additionally, Debra has obtained certifications such as the Prosci Methodology Application Program in August 2021 and the Prosci Certified Change Practitioner in April 2020, both from Prosci.
