Kelly Doyle

Kelly Doyle has a strong background in executive recruitment, with experience in both retained executive search firms and corporate environments. Kelly joined Heller Search Associates in 2017 as the Managing Director, where they focused on executive searches for senior information technology positions nationwide. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2017, Kelly worked at Nuance Communications. During their time there, they held various roles such as Global Executive Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Leader for Global Sales, Marketing & Corporate Functions, and Recruitment Manager for G&A/Sales & Marketing. In these positions, they managed executive level searches across Nuance's business segments, developed strategic hiring plans, and built strong relationships with senior leaders. Before joining Nuance, Kelly worked at Pathways Personnel as a Senior Recruiter, specializing in recruiting for administrative and legal roles in top-tier law firms and corporations in Northern California. Kelly Doyle attended Clark University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
