Mduduzi Masango

Mduduzi Masango has extensive experience in human resources, starting with their role as a Recruitment Administrator at Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium from September 2006 to October 2009. Mduduzi then became a Human Resources Generalist at the same company from November 2009 to June 2011.

Afterwards, Masango worked as a Recruitment Specialist at The HR Touch, contracted to Nissan South Africa, from January 2012 to October 2012. Mduduzi then transitioned to Nissan Motor Corporation, where they held the position of Human Resources Business Partner from November 2012 to September 2018. Following that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Nissan Motor Corporation from October 2018 to September 2021.

Most recently, Masango was employed by Thai Summit Group as a Human Resources Manager from October 2021 to August 2023. Mduduzi is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at HellermannTyton South Africa, starting in September 2023.

Mduduzi Masango completed a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Johannesburg from 2003 to 2005. Mduduzi later pursued the Advance Labour Law Programme at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, studying Labour Law from 2015 to 2016.
