Nicole Douillet

Nicole Douillet currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Alfred, beginning in October 2023. Prior to this role, Douillet was the Global Head of Client Advisory Operations at Pagaya from 2021 to 2023, where significant contributions included growing assets under management from $600 million to over $2 billion in a nine-month period. In addition to board memberships at Pagaya Investments CH AG and related entities, Douillet has held various leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer at ALTI and Principal at Crescita Agency, where the focus was on enabling rapid growth for top leaders. Earlier experience at Credit Suisse involved heading Product Innovation and Strategy, as well as managing portfolios as a Quant Trader. Douillet began a career at UBS as a Block Trader. Academically, Douillet holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
