Adrien Ait-Braham

Adrien Ait-Braham is an experienced professional in customer success and implementation management, currently serving as Team Lead for Implementation & Support at charles since January 2025. Previously, Adrien held the role of Head of Onboarding & Implementation at Spectrm, where responsibilities included leading onboarding teams for Fortune 1000 clients and enhancing customer experiences through process optimization and training.
