Max Koziolek

Max Koziolek is a professional with extensive experience in partnership development and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently serving as VP Partnerships at charles since January 2025, Max previously co-founded Spectrm, an enterprise platform for chatbots and digital assistants, where the role spanned from September 2015 to February 2025. Additional internships include work at Noerr LLP in early 2013 and the Deutscher Bundestag in summer 2006. Max holds a First Legal State Examination in Law from European-University Viadrina (2009-2015) and has studied at the University of Warsaw (2013-2014), complementing an educational background that includes a German A Level from Lise-Meitner-Gymnasium Falkensee (2002-2009).
