Meredith Garner

Meredith Garner is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Development and Head of People for Flare since July 2022. Previously, Meredith held the position of Human Resources Director and HR Business Partner at Allstate Identity Protection from August 2019 to July 2022. Additional experience includes roles as HR Business Partner at Rainforest QA, as well as HR positions at Invitation Homes/Waypoint Homes, where responsibilities included Senior HR Generalist and HR Coordinator. Early career experience includes serving as an HR Assistant at Mediacom Communications. Meredith Garner holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MHRIR) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Albany.
