Casandra Valdes

Casandra Valdes has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries.

At Hello Heart, they worked as the Sr. Director Sales Enablement, where they launched an enablement program and developed an onboarding program for the Go-To-Market team.

Prior to that, at Learnship, Casandra held the position of Head of Global Sales Operations and Enablement, where they developed sales excellence strategies and managed key account planning.

Casandra also served as the Head of US Operations at Learnship, overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing budgets, and managing HR functions.

Before joining Learnship, Casandra worked at Berlitz Corporation in various roles such as District Manager, Regional Manager, and Branch Manager, where they led sales teams, developed training programs, and collaborated with internal and external partners to exceed sales goals.

Casandra started their career as an Independent Contractor, working as a Language and Cultural Trainer, assessing training needs and sourcing content for international assignees and their spouses.

Through their experiences, Casandra has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in sales operations and enablement.

Casandra Valdes obtained their B.A. degree in Spanish/International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2003 to 2008. During their time there, they also studied abroad at Tecnológico de Monterrey for International Business in 2006 and at VENUSA for Latin American Culture/Spanish in the same year. Casandra has obtained a certification in Onboarding from Sales Enablement PRO in 2022.
