Joshua Grey

Joshua Grey is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and management. Currently serving as the Senior Help Desk and IT Manager at Hello Heart since March 2022, Joshua previously held roles as a Senior Field Engineer & Consultant at PC Professional and IT Manager & Senior Technician at CP Networks. Earlier experience includes working as an Information Technology Technician at L5 Solutions, LLC and an IT Intern with the Tampa Bay Lightning. Joshua began a career in IT as a Computer Consultant at Indiana University Bloomington, where support was primarily provided for workstations and printers in library and lab settings. Joshua holds a degree in Informatics, Information Technology from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2009.
