Orsolya Dora Endrefi has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Orsolya Dora currently serves as the Director of Leadership Recruiting and Talent Acquisition at Hello Heart, where they are responsible for identifying and hiring exceptional leadership talent worldwide. Prior to this, they founded ODE Interview Coaching, where they provided personalized interview coaching and advisory to professional job seekers. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Head of G&A Executive Recruitment Worldwide at Amazon. Before that, they founded and served as the Managing Director of The ELS Group, a leading executive legal recruitment firm with a global presence. Orsolya Dora co-founded Legalis Global and served as a Shareholder, specializing in emerging markets in Europe and Latin America. Orsolya Dora also worked for Hudson and Hudson Legal as an Associate Director and Managing Consultant, respectively, focusing on legal recruitment in Central and Eastern Europe. At Hudson Global Resources, they held the position of Senior Consultant for the CEE region. Throughout their career, Orsolya has honed their expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment, particularly in the legal industry, and has built a strong professional network.
