Sarah Ahmed

Sarah Ahmed is the CEO and Founder of Hello Leena, a mental health care company. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at Wellnest as the CEO and Co-Founder of a private practice. Sarah also served as an Adjunct Lecturer and Wellness Counsellor at the University of Toronto, where Sarah conducted assessments, provided therapy to students, and collaborated with community liaisons. Additionally, Sarah has experience as an Addictions Therapist/Social Worker at CAMH, where Sarah conducted assessments, provided treatment, and supervised peers and volunteers. Sarah holds a Masters in Social Work specialized in Mental Health and Addiction Studies from the University of Toronto.
