Oliver Waitz

Oliver Waitz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Oliver started their career as a Software Engineer at varetis AG in 1997 and stayed with the company until 2000. From 2001 to 2003, Oliver worked as a Freelancer, specializing in Software Engineering. In 2003, they co-founded Bitaro GmbH and served as its CEO until 2014. At Bitaro, they played a vital role in the company's development and growth. In 2006, Oliver also co-founded Comquent GmbH and held the position of CEO until 2012. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at mgm technology partners GmbH, taking on various roles such as Account Manager, Consultant, Project Leader, and Software Engineer. In 2014, Oliver joined Toolineo GmbH & Co. KG as Head of IT and remained with them until December 2015. In 2014, they also became the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at FScon AG until April 2017. From March 2016 to July 2017, Oliver served as the CIO at COMCAVE.COLLEGE GmbH. Since 2018, they have been the CEO of Hello Mirrors, where they have taken on the responsibility of leading the company. Throughout their career, Oliver has showcased their expertise in IT strategy, digitalization, and management.

Oliver Waitz attended Hochschule Anhalt from 1993 to 1998 and obtained a Diplom-Informatiker (FH) degree in Ingenieurinformatik. Oliver also studied at the University of Wollongong from 1994 to 1995, earning a Certificate in English and Economy. Prior to that, they attended Ingenieurschule Eisleben from 1991 to 1993 and obtained a degree as a Staatlich geprüfter Techniker für Informatik in the field of Informatik. At VEB Orbitaplast, they received training from 1988 to 1990 and became a Facharbeiter für Elektrotechnik in the field of Elektrotechnik.
