Russell Taylor

Russell Taylor is the CEO and founder of Hello Outbound. Russell has over fifteen years of experience in the tech industry, and has held various positions including software engineer, web developer, and principal. Russell has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Russell Taylor started their career as an engineering intern at Industrial Control & Design. Russell then worked as a web developer at Refresh Media and Free Pixel Media. In 2013, they became the principal at MenuMaker. The following year, they co-founded Lob, where they served as the CTO until 2015. In 2016, they joined Hitshop as the CTO and co-founder. Russell left Hitshop in 2017 to start Hello Outbound.

Hello Outbound is a company that provides customer relationship management software. The software is designed to help businesses manage their customer data, automate their marketing campaigns, and increase their sales.

Russell Taylor has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
