Susan Njihia

Susan Njihia is an experienced professional specializing in agriculture and technology innovation. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Digital Agriculture Association since September 2022, Susan focuses on the agricultural market system and stakeholder economic growth. In the role of Innovation and CX Lead at Hello Tractor since June 2021, Susan incubates innovative solutions while enhancing existing processes for greater impact. As an Impact Fellow, Susan explored collaboration opportunities within the AgTech landscape. Previously, as a Digital Strategy Consultant for Agri-Wallet, Susan developed financial strategies to bolster agricultural value chains, and as Data & Innovations Manager, played a key role in the growth of Agri-wallet's product and service offerings. Early experience includes a data analyst position at mTiba and a leadership internship at Mamlaka Hill Chapel. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Nairobi and a CPA certificate from the Nairobi Institute of Business Studies.
