Prior to that, Austen held positions at QQSolutions, Inc., Kemper Corporation, UPS Supply Chain Solutions, and Advantage Sales & Marketing. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Austen has a strong background in sales and business management.
