Betty Lin is a Senior Community Growth Manager at Alma, where the focus is on enhancing mental healthcare access through support for therapists. In addition, Betty serves as an Advisor for East Side Stories, promoting representation and skill development for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in creative industries. Previous roles include Head of Sales at Ayana Therapy and Regional Account Director at Sydell Group, along with significant positions at Dorchester Collection, Viceroy Hotel Group, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels. Betty holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University-Los Angeles and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University.
