Julien Janson has gained a wealth of experience in various roles throughout their career. Julien is a co-founder and Chief Internal Officer of Carbo, where they focus on raising ecological awareness and reducing carbon footprints. Julien is responsible for mission and impact steering, business plan and P&L steering, ownership of the Mission to Metrics framework, culture and values guardianship, organizational design, organizational learning, and funding.

Prior to Carbo, Julien worked as a Product Director at Captain Contrat, a platform that provides legal and administrative support for small and medium-sized businesses. Julien played a crucial role in helping entrepreneurs develop their businesses and make legal matters a value-creating asset.

Julien also worked at Viadeo, where they held positions such as Product Manager Viadeo Freelance, overseeing the launch and improvement of the freelancer marketplace, and Product Manager Revenue, managing product lines for Viadeo Recruiter and Company Page.

Additionally, Julien has experience at Meteojob as a Product & Innovation Manager and Web Project Manager. In these roles, they supervised R&D programs, defined product roadmaps, and managed website evolution, business development, and internal growth.

Early in their career, Julien gained valuable experience at Infoterra, where they completed an R&D internship focused on geoinformation modeling and high-precision 3D urban environment projects.

Julien's diverse work experience has allowed him to develop expertise in mission-driven leadership, product management, organizational design, and sustainability.

Julien Janson obtained their degree of "Diplôme d'ingénieur" in Hydrodynamics and Entrepreneurship from Ecole centrale de Nantes from the years 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Hoche from 1998 to 2005, but the degree and field of study are unspecified. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Code School, including "JavaScript Road Trip Part 1" and "shaping-up-with-angular-js" in December 2014, and "Rails for Zombies Redux" and "Try Ruby" in March 2014.
