Amalia Tumlos is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at HelloConnect, Amalia is responsible for employee compensation, welfare benefits, performance management, and employee relations. Prior to this, Amalia held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources at OCIC Consulting Int'l Inc, where strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning were central responsibilities.
