Anna Pauty-Sordot

Anna Pauty-Sordot has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Associate Director of Global People Transformation at HelloFresh since January 2023. Prior roles at HelloFresh include Global Head of Talent, Mobility and Rewards Strategy, and Global Talent, Mobility and Rewards Strategy Lead. Before joining HelloFresh, Anna was a Talent Acquisition Manager at COMATCH and held various leadership positions in recruitment and employer branding at Eurogroup Consulting from 2015 to 2019. Anna began a career in HR as an HR Development Officer at Framatome. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Strategy and Management from Esdes Business School and a course in International Business from Kristianstad University.
