Erika Dahlen is an accomplished sanitation professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Sr. Sanitation Manager at HelloFresh since May 2023, Erika has previously held roles as Sanitation Manager at Furlani Foods and Berner Food & Beverage, where a track record of implementing sanitation programs and managing teams was established.
