Kirsten Kievid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service management and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service BNL & DACH at HelloFresh since October 2015, Kirsten previously held the position of Associate Director Customer Care for Benelux, overseeing a bilingual team of up to 100 employees.
