Jodi Fraser

Jodi Fraser is a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Picnic. Jodi has over 20 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and consulting.

Fraser began their career as an HR Consultant & Executive Coach at Innovations HR Consulting. Jodi then became a Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition at Lam Research. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing global recruiting strategies.

Fraser then became the Head of Talent Acquisition at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of talent acquisition for the organization.

After AAA, Fraser became the Director, Talent Acquisition & Director, Human Resources at Impax Laboratories. In this role, they were responsible for leading the talent acquisition team and developing HR strategies.

Fraser then became the Vice President and Head of Human Resources, North America at GCA. In this role, they oversaw all HR functions for the organization.

Most recently, Fraser has been working as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Picnic. In this role, they provide HR consulting and support toPicnic’s clients.

Jodi Fraser has a BA in Business Management from University of Phoenix. Jodi is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in HR Leadership from Cornell University. Jodi is certified by SHRM in SHRM-SCP, Gallup University in Certified StrengthsFinders Coach, and the Center for Applications of Psychological Type, Inc. in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MTBI), Certified Administrator & Coach. Jodi is also certified by Coach U in Certified Business/Corporate Coach, HR Certification Institute - HRCI in SPHR, and Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Certified Human Captial Strategist (HCS) and Certified Strategic Human Resource Business Partner (sHRBP).
