Natalie Budnyk has a diverse work experience in various roles within the marketing and creative fields. Natalie started their career as a Fashion Intern at V Magazine for Women in 2012. Natalie then worked as a Fashion Illustration Artist at Into The Industry, where they sketched guests' outfits at events. Natalie also freelanced as an Illustrator at Viacom.

In 2014, Natalie joined SpotCo as an Assistant Account Executive, managing media for Broadway clients. Natalie gradually advanced to the roles of Account Executive and Senior Account Executive, overseeing advertising media campaigns and executing the Tony campaign for the musical Fun Home. At SpotCo, they also served as a Senior Project Manager, leading a team in executing creative for various theater accounts.

In 2016, Natalie worked as a Freelance Illustrator at Viacom and later joined Fordham University as a Graduate student from 2011 to 2013.

Natalie continued their career at Moment Factory as a Marketing Consultant, where they coordinated marketing and press activities for an interactive multimedia experience. Natalie also worked at RPM as a Client Director and a Director of Special Projects, providing expertise in client management and creative strategy for Broadway properties.

Additionally, Natalie had freelance roles as a Project Manager at SpotCo, where they assisted with Awards Season campaign deliverables for Broadway productions, and as a Freelance Animator at Concord, creating illustrated gif sticker sets for various theatrical properties.

Natalie Budnyk began their education journey in 2009 at Saint Michael's College, where they studied Theatre/Theater and English. Natalie then transferred to Fordham University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from 2011 to 2013. At Fordham University, their areas of focus were English Language and Literature, Medieval Studies, and Women's Studies. In 2016, Natalie attended The New School to obtain a certificate in Fashion Illustration. Later in 2018, they received a certification in Motion Graphics from Pratt Institute. In the same year, they also pursued further certifications in Adobe Illustrator levels 1 and 2, as well as Adobe InDesign levels 1 and 2, from NYIM Training.
