Kelly Jeanes is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in People and Talent management across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Fractional Head of People and Talent at NextLeap HR, Sage, and Candid Health, Kelly partners with early-stage companies to enhance their HR functions, offering services that include HR advising, executive search, and program implementation.
