Eliran Douenias

Eliran Douenias has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Eliran is currently working as the Chief of Staff at Simply (formerly JoyTunes) since February 2022. Prior to this, Eliran held multiple positions at JDC (The Joint), including Director of Operations from January 2019 to January 2022. Eliran also served as the Tikkun Olam Ventures (TOV) Senior Program Manager, leading and managing the design, startup, launch, and pilot phases of JDC's flagship international development program. Additionally, Eliran was a Ralph I. Goldman Fellow at JDC in 2015.

Furthermore, Eliran co-founded Olam in January 2012, where they served as a co-founder until December 2018. Eliran also worked at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel as Maoz 'Kriat Kivun' from September 2013 to June 2014. Eliran's work experience also includes serving in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) as the Head of Psycho-technical Evaluation Unit. In this role, they led a team of over 100 soldiers and founded a new unit to support new immigrants' recruitment and service in the IDF.

Eliran Douenias obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Bar-Ilan University between the years 2009-2012. Eliran then pursued a Master's Degree in Law from the same university, completing it in 2014. Additionally, they received a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bar-Ilan University in 2012.
