Yair Weil has a diverse work experience in various companies. Yair started their career in 2007 as a Web Developer at Matomy Media Group, where they developed creative assets and built ad reporting tools.
In 2011, Yair joined Google as an Account Strategist, supporting sales teams and implementing Google Analytics. Yair later transitioned to the role of Analytical Lead, where they focused on growing AdWords sales for top-tier advertisers in the Tech & Fintech verticals.
In 2014, Yair worked at Dennis as a Technical Ad Ops Manager, overseeing the ad trafficking team and developing internal inventory and revenue tracking tools. Yair also presented business opportunities to management.
Returning to Google in 2015, Yair became a Data Specialist, generating insights and reports for B2C & B2B marketing teams. Yair conducted large-scale tests on Google products and media campaigns across multiple markets. Yair also designed and trained machine learning models for revenue and churn rate predictions.
In 2019, Yair founded Datalytics HQ Limited, where they currently serve as a Founder.
Finally, in 2021, Yair joined Simply (formerly JoyTunes) in a growth role, where they are currently working.
Yair Weil pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2011.
