Joyce Chong - M.S., PHR, SHRM-SCP

Joyce Chong has a M.S., PHR, SHRM-SCP and extensive experience in Human Resources. Joyce began their career in 2011 as a Human Resources Assistant at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, and then moved to the role of Human Resources Analyst at the same company. In 2015, they became a Senior Human Resources Analyst at the City and County of San Francisco. In 2019, they were hired as a People Partner, USA at Cathay Pacific Airways, and in 2021 they were appointed Senior Human Resources Manager, People and Culture at Super (hellosuper.com). In 2011, they also worked as a Graduate researcher at San Francisco State University, alongside Howell, R. T. and Chong, W.

Joyce Chong has a Masters of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University, which they obtained in 2013 after completing their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same university in 2010. In 2017, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI and in 2020, they obtained their SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, they have obtained DDI Targeted Selection and DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop certifications in 2021.
