Elizabeth McConnaughey, CDSP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Elizabeth is currently the Head of People & Talent at Wisp, where they oversee the talent acquisition and management strategies. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff at Wisp.

Previously, Elizabeth worked as the Recruitment Lead at Product School, where they built a global recruitment program and collaborated with the executive leadership team to define and execute hiring strategies.

In their role as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Studio, Elizabeth played a pivotal role in building the company's technical recruitment program, reducing time-to-hire and maintaining a 100% offer acceptance rate for engineering roles.

At Beam Benefits, Elizabeth served as the Senior Technical Recruiter, doubling the size of the technology organization and handling the entire recruitment lifecycle. Elizabeth also contributed to business recruiting in various departments. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Modis, developing strong relationships with candidates and finding the best positions for them.

Elizabeth's earlier experience includes roles such as Mutuel Teller at Churchill Downs, where they guided customers through the betting process, and Administrative Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington.

Elizabeth began their career as a Research Assistant at Centre College and later worked as a Data Entry Assistant at USATestprep.

Elizabeth McConnaughey, CDSP, has a strong educational background in music. Elizabeth pursued their Bachelor's degree in Music from Centre College from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they completed their Masters of Music degree in Vocal Performance at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music from 2013 to 2016. Prior to their higher education, Elizabeth obtained their High School Diploma from The Walker School between 1993 and 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, they also hold a certification as a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional from Sourcing Training and Certifications, which they obtained in May 2022.
