Narayanan Prasad

Narayanan Prasad has extensive work experience in the travel industry, holding various managerial and leadership positions. Narayanan worked as the Head of Shared Services Business Systems at Helloworld Travel Limited from October 2017 to the present. Prior to that, they served as the Enterprise Systems Manager at the same company from December 2013 to October 2017. Before joining Helloworld Travel Limited, they were the Manager Software Development at Jetset Travelworld Group from May 2010 to December 2013 and at Stella Travel Services from April 2007 to May 2010. Narayanan also worked as a Business Solutions Delivery Manager at Transonic Travel Ltd from February 2003 to March 2007, as a Team Leader at Concorde International Travel Pty Ltd from April 2002 to January 2003, and as an Information Systems Project Manager at Alcatel Submarine Networks from October 1998 to November 2001. Narayanan started their career as a Senior Analyst Programmer at HCL Infosystems Ltd (Consultant for Lumley Technology) from June 1997 to September 1998 and as a Manager Software Projects at Lakshmi Systems from June 1995 to June 1997. Additionally, they worked as a Parttime Casual Teacher at TAFE NSW from January 2009 to December 2014.

Narayanan Prasad's education history is as follows:

In 1986 to 1988, Narayanan Prasad attended Bharathiar University, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Physics.

From 1991 to 1992, they studied at Indira Gandhi National Open University and earned a Diploma in Management.

Narayanan Prasad further pursued their education at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Computer Science.

In recent years, Narayanan Prasad has focused on enhancing their skills in the field of cybersecurity and cloud computing. In 2021, they attended Charles Sturt University and completed a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security. Narayanan also pursued a Master's degree in Cyber Security from the same institution, which they completed in 2022.

In 2022 to 2023, Narayanan Prasad enrolled in Charles Sturt University again and pursued a Graduate Certificate in Cloud Computing and Virtualisation.

Additionally, Narayanan Prasad has obtained several certifications related to information security, cloud computing, agile methodologies, and quality management. Some notable certifications include the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). These certifications were obtained between 2021 and 2023 from institutions such as (ISC)², Amazon Web Services (AWS), and ISACA, among others.

Furthermore, Narayanan Prasad holds the MACS (Snr) CP - Senior Member ACS Certified Professional (CYBER SECURITY) certification from ACS (Australian Computer Society), obtained in 2010.
