Philip Tavell is an experienced executive in the outdoor sportswear industry, currently serving as Vice President - Outdoor at Helly Hansen since November 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing global categories for ski, outdoor, fleece, baselayer, and accessories. Tutored in strategic and commercial development, Philip implements brand strategies and manages P&L for the company's core markets. Previously, Philip held roles as Category Manager and Product Manager at Craft Functional Sportswear and Red Bull, focusing on market-driven product development. An accomplished professional athlete, Philip dedicated nearly a decade to competitive mountain biking, achieving national championships and top placements in World Cup events.
