Kate Stephenson

Kate Stephenson is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the construction, sustainability, and education sectors. As the Co-founder and Director of Training & Finance at HELM Construction Solutions since January 2016, Kate focuses on innovative consulting, project management, and training, aiming to transform the construction industry through climate justice principles. Previously, as Program Manager at Vermont Farm Fund from September 2016 to July 2022, Kate managed a revolving loan fund supporting local farmers. Kate's earlier roles at Yestermorrow Design/Build School included Executive Director and Director of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed program management and financial oversight of educational initiatives.
