Denis Kaminskiy

Denis Kaminskiy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and strategic roles across various industries. Currently serving as Forum Chair at Helm and as a Non-Executive Director at ChAI since January 2023, Denis also has a long-standing position as Founder and Strategy Director at Arcus Global since June 2009, where responsibilities encompass Strategy, M&A, Fundraising, and commercial and legal decisions. Previously, Denis held the title of Chief Executive Officer at Arcus Global, driving significant growth from a two-person startup to over 100 employees. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a degree in Management and Systems from City, University of London, coupled with early career experience in procurement and IT management at Cadbury Schweppes and Rolls-Royce.
