Janet White

Janet White, SHRM-SCP, MBA, is an experienced professional in human resources and training and development, currently serving as a Training and Development Specialist at Helmer Scientific since June 2014. Previously, Janet held various roles at IMMI, including Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR operations, enhancing employee engagement, and managing training initiatives. Janet also served as Manager of Training and Development, focusing on needs analyses and employee performance improvement, and as Training Coordinator, responsible for company-wide training planning and compliance tracking. Janet's foundational HR experience includes an HR Assistant role at Indiana Mills & Mfg., Inc., where support was provided across all HR functions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Instructional Design from Western Governors University, an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Purdue University and English from Indiana Wesleyan University.
