Dionne Beer

Dionne Beer, MS, PMP, CSM, is an accomplished Program Manager and Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects across various industries. Current involvement at Helmerich & Payne began in May 2021, following a tenure at Ben E. Keith Foods as an IT Project Manager from September 2019 to April 2021. Prior positions include Senior Project Manager at The University of Texas at Arlington and IT Project Manager at Cash America International, where Dionne led cross-functional teams, performed project risk assessments, and managed multiple frameworks including Agile and Waterfall. Additional experience includes roles at American Airlines, Frontier Communications, and Verizon, focusing on project delivery, scope management, and team collaboration. Dionne holds a Master of Science in Physics from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Southern University and A&M College-Baton Rouge.
