Brian Scoggins has extensive work experience in the field of IT service desk support. Brian began their career in 1991 at Helmerich & Payne as a Service Desk Lead, a role they held for 23 years until 2014. During this time, they also advanced to become the Lead Field Service Desk Specialist. In 2021, Brian joined Wipro Limited as a Senior Administrator. At Helmerich & Payne, they currently hold the position of Field Service Desk Tech, Principal, demonstrating their continued growth and expertise in the field.
