Michael Nicholson

Michael Nicholson, CPA, CISA has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Michael began their career at UMB Bank in 2003 as a Teller and Personal Banker. In 2005, they joined Helmerich & Payne, where they held various positions including Accounts Payable Clerk, Accountant, Senior Internal Auditor, Administrative Manager, Area Controller and Administrator, and Manager of Internal Audit. Currently, they serve as the Principal IT Risk Analyst at Helmerich & Payne.

Michael Nicholson, CPA, CISA holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Northeastern State University, which was obtained between 2006 and 2008. Michael later earned the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Oklahoma Accountancy Board in August 2013 and the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA in December 2021.
