Andres Kaljo

Andres Kaljo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Partner and Member of the Management Board at Helmes AS since May 2017, Kaljo focuses on long-term shareholder value creation and the growth strategy of the company. Previously, Kaljo worked as an Investment Manager overseeing a diverse investment portfolio and held leadership roles at Swedbank as Partner and CFO, providing M&A and strategic advisory. Kaljo also has experience with Superia Corporate Finance and SEB Enskilda, specializing in advisory services and valuations. Kaljo started a career in equity research at Evli Securities, covering major listed companies in the Baltics, and began professional pursuits at Hansabank in the financing department. Kaljo holds a Master's degree in Finance from TalTech and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance from the same institution, complemented by studies at the University of Tartu.
