Kristjan Männik

Kristjan Männik is an experienced professional in the technology sector, currently serving as a Partner and Business Area Lead at Helmes AS since August 2007. Under Kristjan's leadership, Helmes has established itself as one of the largest software development companies in Northern Europe, focusing on tech strategy, service design, and software development. Recognized as Leader of the Year 2022, Kristjan has created and led high-performance teams in e-Health, Retail, and Logistics while managing various aspects of project and product management. Prior to Helmes, Kristjan worked as a Research Intern at PA Consulting Group and as a software developer at Tallinn University of Technology. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Informatics from TalTech.
