Rich Hardt

Rich Hardt has held a variety of positions in the technology and logistics industries. Rich began their career in 1986 as a Programmer Analyst at Archer Daniels Midland Company. In 1992, they moved to DST Global Solutions as a Sr. Programmer Analyst. In 1993, they joined YRC Worldwide, where they held several roles, including Vice President of Technology Infrastructure Services, Vice President Architecture and Technology, Vice President Information Solutions & Research Development, Vice President Technology Infrastructure Services & Marketing, and Sr. Vice President Operations, Transportation.com. In 2009, Hardt joined Schneider National as Vice President of Technology Services. In 2010, they became President of RJ Hardt & Associates, Inc. and in 2012, they co-founded Helmet Tracker LLC.

Rich Hardt obtained an MBA from Rockhurst University in 1995. Rich also holds a Bachelors of Science in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University, an Associates of Science in Computer Science from College of DuPage, and a MSOE Lean Lead Facilitator Certification from South Suburban Chicago University, which they completed in 2011. Rich Hardt's education began at York Community High School.
