Lauri Erik Lehikoinen has a diverse work experience, starting as a Business Developer at ConexBird in August 2017. Lauri Erik later served as a Chief Commercial Officer and a Board Member at ConexBird, where they played a crucial role in transforming the maritime industry with their product-as-a-service. In 2020, Lauri joined Logmore as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales, contributing to their mission of reducing loss and waste of pharmaceutical goods and food. Alongside their roles in various companies, Lauri also founded Lehi Consulting in June 2012, where they served as a Founder and Consultant until December 2021. Recently in 2022, they founded Find The Way and became the CEO & Co-Founder of Helmi. Additionally, Lauri has offered their expertise as a member of the Advisory Board at TampaBay.Ventures and ConexBird.

Lauri Erik Lehikoinen has a Master of Science degree in Small Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Groningen. Lauri Erik also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Mälardalen University.
